This policy explains how Techmedia Mobile Pty Ltd (ABN 29 150 533 903) uses cookies and similar technologies on techmediamobile.com.au. It applies to every visitor, wherever you are located. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information more broadly, and where that information is processed.
1. The short version
- No cookie is set until you make a choice in our consent banner.
- Statistics is opt-in. Google Analytics 4 loads only if you accept it.
- We use no advertising, retargeting or social media cookies, and we do not profile you across sites.
- You can change or withdraw your choice at any time using the Manage consent tab.
2. What cookies are
A cookie is a small file placed on your device when you visit a website. It lets the site remember things between page loads, such as your consent choice. A script is code that runs in your browser; some scripts set cookies, others do not. We do not use web beacons or tracking pixels.
3. Categories we use
Functional (always active). Required to serve the site, submit our contact form and remember your consent decision. These do not track you between sites.
Statistics (opt-in, off until you accept). Google Analytics 4, used to understand which pages are visited and whether enquiries are being submitted. Advertising features, remarketing and advertising personalisation are not enabled.
Preferences and Marketing. No cookies are set in these categories. The categories exist so your choices are recorded accurately and nothing is silently enabled later.

5. What we do not use
No advertising or remarketing cookies, no social media or tracking pixels, no cross-site profiling, and no sale or sharing of personal information with advertisers. Our first-party statistics tool, WP Statistics, runs on our own server and sets no cookies.
6. Before you consent
The Google Analytics script is blocked until you accept Statistics. Before that point, no request is sent to Google and no analytics cookie is created. We do not use cookieless pings, advanced consent signals or advertising identifiers to bridge the gap.
7. Managing your choice
Our banner offers Accept, Deny, View preferences and Save preferences, with Statistics, Preferences and Marketing set individually. To change your mind later, use the Manage consent tab on any page. If you withdraw statistics consent, collection stops immediately; it does not delete data already collected, and you can ask us to delete it.
You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Blocking functional cookies may stop the contact form from working.
8. Third parties
Google Analytics 4 is provided by Google LLC, and analytics data is processed in the United States. Our site is hosted by Hostinger International Limited. Our mail, monitoring and security providers are listed in section 5 of our Privacy Policy.
