Help with the technology in your home: the Wi-Fi that keeps dropping out, the printer nobody can get working, a new laptop to set up, or an email account that has stopped behaving. Based in Oran Park, working across South-West Sydney and remotely.
Coverage that drops out in the back room, a router that needs setting up, or devices that will not join the network.
Getting a printer back on the network, scanning to a computer, and sorting out the cables and settings that go with it.
Updates that will not finish, programs that will not open, and the pop-ups that will not go away.
Setting up email on a phone or laptop, recovering an account, and getting OneDrive or Teams working at home.
A new machine set up properly, with files, email and printer moved across from the old one. Covered in full below.
Most of the above can be done remotely, which is usually the quickest way to get it sorted.
A new computer is only an upgrade once your files, email and printer are on it. We set the machine up, move across what matters, and put a backup in place so the next failure is an inconvenience rather than a loss.
Not everything moves across cleanly. Some programs are tied to a licence, an old account, or hardware the new machine does not have. When that is the case we say so up front rather than promise a like-for-like transfer.
A lot of home problems are settings and software, and those can be fixed remotely while you sit at the machine. When the fault is physical, or the network needs testing around the house, we come to you.
Either way, you get told what the problem was in plain English, and what it will cost before the work goes past the diagnosis.
After the first hour, time is charged in 15-minute increments for remote support and 30-minute increments onsite. No repeat call-out fee within seven days for the same unresolved fault. Travel beyond 30 minutes each way is quoted before booking.
For a machine that will not start, keeps freezing, or needs a part replaced, see Computer Repairs Oran Park.

Onsite home support across Oran Park, Campbelltown, Narellan, Gregory Hills, Camden, Smeaton Grange, Catherine Field, Harrington Park, Ingleburn, Liverpool, Bankstown, Chullora and Prestons. Remote support is available Australia-wide, so the machine does not have to be in the same room as us.
Yes, that is one of the more common jobs. Files, email, printer and the programs that can move are set up on the new machine. Some software is tied to a licence, an old account or hardware the new PC does not have, so not everything transfers; we tell you which before you commit.
Usually, yes. Drop-outs are often coverage, channel or router settings rather than the connection itself. We start with the router and the layout of the house, then test properly onsite if remote checks do not settle it.
Yes. Backup setup is part of the service, whether that is an external drive, cloud storage or both, and we can restore files from a backup you already have. We will also tell you honestly if the backup you have is not covering what you think it is.
Yes. Remote support is $165.00 per hour incl. GST, or $148.50 for eligible concession card holders, with a one-hour minimum and 15-minute increments after that. Remote first is usually faster for software and settings problems.
Same-day assistance may be available depending on the schedule. Weekend work is by arrangement and not guaranteed. Ring or send a message with what has happened and when you are available, and we will tell you what is actually possible that week.
Yes, a good part of the household work is exactly that: a new laptop, email on a phone, photos that need sorting out, a printer that stopped. There is no rush and no jargon, and we will write the steps down if that helps.
10% comes off residential labour for eligible card holders, onsite or remote, with no maximum discount. Show the card when you book or before the work starts. The call-out fee, parts, equipment and separately quoted travel are not discounted.
